An absolutely wonderful place. We stayed 4 nights and didn't want to leave! Mark has made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. The room was perfect with high quality furnishings and bedding and the dining room where breakfast is served is absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast itself was the highlight of our stay not only because of the delicious food but also Mark's company. We enjoyed all his spot on recommendations of what to see and do in the local area as well as his entertaining stories. We can't wait to return as this place is 5* in every respect.

What a fantastic stay at this B&B! The room, garden view, and breakfast hosting were all superb! It’s a walker’s dream location too as the edges are just within walking reach. Mark and Shona were so welcoming and friendly, such wonderful people. Great recommendations for food and walks too. Loved the conversations and they made us feel so welcomed! Great room (bed was like a cloud 😍), great fry up for breakfast and beautiful location, however, the highlight for me was our host. Mark is truly a great guy. It's difficult to know where to start! Like all the reviews before, Mark is the best host any guest could ask for. His attention to detail is impeccable and his ability to sound interested in anything we had to say after his wonderful stories is amazing!
